I would say our time together did dramatically help me-- even if one of the "options" we discussed wasn't exactly what I'm doing now. The settling into the plan (which was to make work WORK for me) didn't fit me any more, and THAT was why I made the move. So it absolutely was sitting in the plan that revealed what I actually needed to be doing. I think the online coaching (and mentorship I found) found me and it was the answer I needed to strategically make the move, but my heart had already made up my mind. I had a full-on plan to make work WORK for me, including earning a $6k scholarship from my employer for continuing ed that I ended up walking away from when I quit. I just realized it's not what I wanted and I had to make a change. I wouldn't have known that had I not committed to being there for the next 3 years.
I am definitely more calm and focused. I'm on a mission now! I feel like I've found my path, whereas when we worked together I didn't know which path to even set foot on. You helped. I actually have a piece of paper on my nightstand with notes from one of our sessions on it asking how much do I need to charge/ how many clients do I need in order to leave the clinic. We were talking about all of the right stuff. I've finally made the move.

When I became unexpectedly unemployed I knew I needed some help, since it had been over 25 years since I looked for a job. The world has changed a lot! With just a few sessions, Diane really helped me focus on what I wanted in my next job and how to get started. She helped me narrow down how to search for the right jobs and how to know if they were a good fit. She helped me with my resume and also with my interviewing prep. She was even a great support after the interview to process the experience and determine next steps. One of the most useful parts of working with Diane is determining what kind of job I did NOT want. She helped me realize the best working environment for my skills and personality, and gave me the confidence to say no when a job offer wasn't the right fit. When I did get an offer, I could go back to one of the exercises we did together to determine if it truly was a job that I would like. I ended up withdrawing from two job opportunities and accepting one other. I could not have done it without Diane! I highly recommend her and her services!
Diane was the external voice I didn’t know I needed. She listened intently, brought objectivity to a very personal moment, and helped me define not just a stronger resume but a clearer sense of what I was actually looking for. In a season filled with stress and uncertainty, her ability to bring clarity and call out strengths I couldn’t see in myself made all the difference. I still reference her insights when building confidence in others. Her coaching didn’t just help me get through it. It helped me grow.
